Terribly slow. I ordered 2 big crunch combos for takeout and it took 20 mins to get the order (20:44 according to the screen) the guy before me was over 22 mins. This location seems to have changed owners and has gone downhill.

Cheaping out on hot sauce. Only two per taco. :( if you like the hot sauce try another location.

Horrible place! Terrible food, Terrible service, I feel the health and safety board needs to come in and shut them down. They wore no gloves or hair nets the building looked so dirty and old. If I could give 0 stars for this place I would! Even there sighn looked old and rundown with only a few random letters on it. Very disappointed to come back to my home town and see this.

Waited in drive thru 20 minutes. People were backing out. Told the drive-thru woman that I only wanted meat cheese and sour cream on two hard shell tacos. I repeated it three times just in case. When I got to the window and received my order I repeated it again and asked no veggies right? Just meat cheese sour cream? And she said yes there is no veggies on it. So I drove off, got on County Road 2 heading towards Trenton, opened up my taco, there was shredded lettuce on it, lots of it. I know this isn't such a big deal but I can't eat shredded lettuce so I had to drive 10 minutes back tried to get into the drive-thru realized it would be another 20 minutes so I went inside and I gave it to her told her I again I only wanted meat cheese and sour cream they started remaking it and put tomatoes on it and I said no no no just meat cheese and sour cream. I tried to do the order right the first time by being very clear, I dont know what else I could have done. I just don't think they care.

Great place for snack or late-ish night munchie run.Staff have always been pleasant and very helpful anytime I'm there.Food has always been hot and on par for what you'd expect from taco-bell.The drive-thru is excruciatingly slow, (expect to be waiting 10+ mins even if it's empty) but at least the food is hot. What the drive-thru lacks, the staff makes up for with the smiles and professionalism.

People say it makes them sick, I say they're either extremely weak and have serious issues with their digestive systems, or they're lying. great KFC chicken was perfect, lack of English/french speaking people and NO DIVERSITY among staff drops to 4 stars. Seriously at least French if not English, good job cooking the chicken tho, golden brown and crispy perfect!

Food is always what you can expect from Taco Bell, you know it isn't fine dining but it's just so good! Staff are always friendly, but when it's busy there is nothing fast about this fast food. Also, they need to bring Dr. Pepper back!!!Edit - I don't know if it is new staff or ownership in the store, but service has picked up a lot. It is much faster than before. Upped it to 5 stars, because it isn't our local TB messing the Dr. Pepper supply up.

Food is OK, but it's always a ridiculously long wait in the drive-thru

It's terrible, as always - order was wrong, as usual, place is filthy and run down, forgot fire sauce 2 seconds after they asked.

Dirty place, serving gross food. Lettuce used for tacos, you can taste the plastic bag it came out of . Just nasty taste in the tacos and supreme fries .

I have to agree with these low scores. Place is dirty, slow and manager is rude. He was talking to another manager with back to customers and seemed like he was making fun of someone as the other manager would keep looking over. Worst taco Bell ever. Barely anything on this cheesy gordita crunch. Just call it a crunch. Nothing cheesey about it.

Honestly, worst experience of my life. I went through the drive thru because I have a 2 month old in my backseat and didnt want to carry him in. I also didnt want him to wake up and cry. But having waited 13 minutes just to have my order taken at the speaker, he woke up and was crying. And it was still another 7 minutes before at the window. Add on 5 minutes waiting to be told my food would be a few more minutes. I got a refund but I'd never go back.

Please widen your drive through so people are not trapped inside it, especially when you regularly run out of stock ie pizza shells.. while your at it repair all of the asphalt! the off roading experience is not doing much for me. Then while your maintaining the property that is severely neglected trim the bushes that are scratching the vehicles in the drive thru. After this hire a manager that will be able to manage stock and maintainence..

Best bet here is to go through the drive thru, inside is not taken care of, sticky floors in front of the drink station, filthy graffiti covered bathrooms, dirty dirty tables... But Taco Bell is absolutely delicious, so I use the drive thru and try not to think how it must look behind the counter too.

Pitiful. Person can't speak english. Had to go up and order 3 separate times to get all my meal.

How is it possible at 4:45 I have to wait 20+ minutes for chicken. By my clock they should be ready for the supper rush. 7 people waiting in line with NO chicken ready.

Orders KFC. Didn't get any dip sauce even though I asked for them. Everything was lukewarm if that. Gravy rates water down.

Food was good but portions are small for the price. I had the burrito supreme combo.

Very good fresh food, staff is good. They have really improved quality of food in the last year and a half. Bathrooms could use more attention

Food was hot, fresh, and accurate to the order. Bathroom needs some work though, it has a pretty pungent odour, and there's some graffiti scratched into the back of the door asking them to take care of it so it's probably save to assume it's not something new. I'll probably be back though, and wait to go home if I need to use the washroom.

The food is usually good; however, most of the time the staff are super pushy when I order through drive thru and 99% of the time I'm either missing items or get a completely wrong order.Very frustrating.

They have a wide range of options to select from! Nice and clean sitting area, where you can relish your food and ample amount of parking space. Staff is humble too

The gentleman voice over the speaker st take out windeow was to low. Couldnt hear him very good, my taco was great though.

Food was ok but the softdrinks tastet terrible. No one could understand the guy behind the counter due to poor English with Indian accent.

Slow service. Most of the staff have the personality of a mute drone. Drive thru takes forever to fill an order.

Fast food? More like slow food. Slowest joint in town. Even at the drive through. Expect to wait 10 plus minutes... if there aren't any cars in front of you. And place is run down. Needs new management

Horrible experience! I tried to order a simple meal through the drive-through. They didn't understand a word I said so I just gave up and left. Won't be returning to this Taco Bell.

SO... my boyfriend and i went out of our way to come to taco bell on our way up to fix piping issues at the cottage. i MADE him stop for me because we don’t have one in oakville. we notice the person at the drive through was not wearing a mask NOR gloves with the person ahead of us in line but hoped she was at least sanitizing. she dropped at least 6 hot sauce packets when handing handfuls of sauce to the person ahead of us with again... no gloves. especially during COVID. We got our food, sanitized our things and ate. about 2 hours later at the cottage with no running water (cause we here to fix the pipes) and i have food poisoning! hoping i don’t contract COVID in the next two weeks since i’ve already got food poisoning from them. the girl at the drive through was also clearly super high offf marijuana cigarettes. her glazed made me think that the entire staff was ripping bongs in the back.

Even with the dining room closed, service is decently quick, and you still get service with a (masked) smile.

Its the only Taco Bell within 100km besides the Quinte Mall location. Because of this you can't really get a taco for cheaper anywhere else. You get what you pay for but I do enjoy it! If you plan on using the drive through be prepared to wait for a solid 10mins+ as Im pretty sure it is the slowest drive through in all of Belleville. Still worth it though!

First thing I noticed was not one table was clean. Second thing was the bathroom was dirty. Floors are dirty. Person making our fries supreme was flinging her hair around. The guy who served our meal changed the garbage and then with the same gloves on served our meal. Took 15 minutes from the time we arrived until our food was served. Supreme fries had very few toppings. Won't be back.

Dunno when they changed management but this place has gone DOWNHILL. Every surface in this place is extremely sticky and disgusting. I know taco bell usually doesn't put much meat in but this place makes tacos full of lettuce with only a bit of cheese and a slim line of meat. The potato salad was off, there is way too much water in the soda, and the fries supreme were cold and somehow bitter and overly sour. Worst fast food in my life!
